What is Catering?

Catering is a celebration of an event usually served banquet style, involving food and beverage. We set up a few hours prior, and present our food. We then tear down and clean up. Average time food buffet is available for guests is two hours. Leftovers will be packaged up for the client to take home. Caterer is not liable for food safety after said event.

Any extra fees?

18% Service charge covers state and county permits (not specialty), insurance, service labor,and event expenses. Delivery in Ft Wayne $25.00. No State income tax is collected.

Gratuity?

All gratuities are at the discretion of the client and will be distributed equally among staff.
